## MASmobile Description
MASmobile is intended for use by customers of MASterMind and requires MASterMind EX services. 

MASmobile allows authorized central station personnel and dealers to manage customer data, place systems on or off test, view system event history, test history, and system zones, using a mobile device. MASmobile requires MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database.

MASmobile has undergone a complete redesign from the ground up. The app features a new user interface as well as an enhanced user experience. The app also supports light and dark interface styles. In addition, the app has been redesigned to work exclusively with MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database. Enhanced security using OAuth Session Management and biometric login support has also been added to the app. Improvements to session management, abandoned session handling, and password reset management are also included.

The old version of MAS web that is no longer available worked better. This version requires you to sign in for everything. Sign in to put test time sign in to remove test time sign in when you open the app after 5 minutes. 
App locks up on sign in have to close and reopen then sign in again. 
Has facial recognition sign in option that stopped working after 1 week of use. 

Uninstalling and reinstalling since I’m forced to use this version now. May use the web version on my phone which is not friendly if issue persists.

It keeps on logging me out every time my phone locks. When I go back to check my testing history I have to login again and enter the account information again. It’s a hassle. Is there a way to fix this?

The automatic logout if you go to a different screen on the iphone is extremely frustrating. I could see a 5 minute logout, but not instant. I’m using an iPhone. It also doesn’t have the option that the android has for past account lookup, such as the last 5 accounts.

If searching for a simple last name, it won’t bring up anything that starts with the letter, instead pulls up all accounts starting with the letter A.

Please update the logout to have options and add the feature to iOS. It would be great to possibly search by street name too but I understand if that is left out for a reason. 

On android version, it doesn’t show the full address with the zip code

Pluses:
1. Face ID makes logging in easier.
2. Option to extend an existing test so you no longer have to clear & re-set an account on test if you need more time.

Minuses:
1. Auto-logout after only two minutes when app is running in the background, would like to see an option to adjust the auto-logout time.
2. Rather clunky when using the pull-down to refresh the history and taking an account out of test, would like to see that improved.

In this app if a site has multiple accounts tied to it the history for all accounts linked shows up under every account. It does not keep them separated which makes the app useless to a tech trying to check history on 1 account. When it showing history for 2,3,4,5 accounts all it its history. If its going to be this way they should add a button like the desktop version has to look at site or c/s# history.

2ND REVIEW
The improvements to the app are better but you removed the refresh button on the history page. Now you have to back out of history and go back in for the history to refresh the history.
