My daughter uses this and Teach Your Monster to Read on her fire tablet. She’s been enjoying them but all of sudden when uses the number skills app she loses all sound on her tablet, I’ve had the tablet replaced 3 times by Amazon and figured it must be the app as she has no problems until she opens it. I tried to get her to try it on my iPad but unfortunately it says my free trial has ended, which we never had. I downloaded them when they were free but annoyingly I can’t get passed this message without paying

Been using for years and now they want payment to use it. Obviously now child is fond of it we had to pay.

Countless issues logging in and it’s just frustrating now.

Would recommend the learning app as it’s good but not with the issues we have encountered.

We had downloaded the app while it was free my daughter had played ion it for months and months. Now all of a sudden it says that the free trial has finished, (which we weren’t on) and now I have to pay. 
Not happy with the service and don’t really see why I would have to pay for something that we had been using since it was released for free. She’s gutted as she love playing on it.
It would be nice if you could restore it to as it was for those who have been with you from the start  or I think I’ll unfortunately have to delete it

For saying the description is for reception age children, my daughter has just turned 3 and found this incredibly easy and slow paced. She was frustrated by being forced to play the same games and it being limited to the numbers 1-5 was too simple and repetitive.

This game looks beautiful but there doesn’t appear to be any way to pick a starting level. 

My daughter quickly got bored of doing the very basic number work and there doesn’t appear to be a way around this. 

There wasn’t much evidence of the game adapting to her skill level. She got the same number bonds of 3 for about 30 minutes. 

Fine for kids in nursery but I can’t imagine many older kids who are a bit more advanced in their number skills want to spend hours doing repetitive and basic number work just to reach a more challenging skill level. 

A real shame.
