-- djxtase, 2026-05-07

### *---- "Disgusting"
I used to be fan of MCB juice as I am a user friendly to juice payment everywhere. I don’t carry cash with sometimes I travel without my card but unfortunately I have recently faced a problem at the clinic where there was an emergency. I had to provide first care to my parent then transfer him to Candos where he carries his treatment. At that moment during panic I didn’t carry my card thinking I can do scan to pay as I always do but that precious time there was maintenance in the app with no prior notice nothing. And I had to do the payment to be able to do his transfer to the hospital . I had to return home take my card thus do the payment. Thanks to God I live almost 2 mins from the clinic if I was in another situation only God knows. Hence, I am very disappointed with the application I always recommend my dear ones to use this app but after this situation I prefer to keep my mouth shut and don’t make any recommendations. I hope this issue don’t happen to any of you as seeing your dear ones fighting for his life and this disgusting app who used to be very useful is off at the moment. And only my card could help at that moment.
