Worthless app. They cannot even delivery your food. I waited for 3 hours and they can’t even accomplish delivering my food even if my location is so near from the store. Trash application, never using this again.

6 hashbrowns, 1 big breakfast, 1 longganisa with egg were missing from my latest order from Calamba highway branch. How could they miss those many items!? Customer service is bad, they told me that the branch manager would reach out but no call ever came. Useless app and afterservice. do not download

TBH hindi ako mahilig sa pag cocomment but im done na po, halos sa isang buwan nakaka 5 times order (wfh) since malapit lng sa amin ang mcdo, nag oorder ako palagi pero yung chicken 😭 HINDI KO MAKAIN LAHAT KASI PURP COATING TPOS HINDI NA HALOS NALULUTO ANG LOOB KASO NGA COATING LNG YUNG KAPAL😭😭 di bali ng maliot yung chicken pero ibalik niyo na yung dati, yung hindi puro coated, tpos nag wawasakwas pa at di na luluto ang loob ng maayo🥹 fix niyo po yaaan, sa lahat ng branch, naka ilang kain nko sa mga branches here in CDO, lahat parehas, IBALIK NIYO YUNG DATING CHICKEN NIYOOO😩

I ordered a sulit busog meal and they didnt give me the extra rice i paid for!! I told them to do their job better instead of making an official complain!! I ordered again and now they didnt give me 3 of the sauces i specifically ordered and paid for!! Dont download this app its total trash!!! It only steals your money!!

App features could do better

Doesn’t allow you to select your location, only there selected location! This app is so frustrating! No use! Get better!

well one time i ordered here and i put my adress correct but the rider canceled it and the reason is attempted delivery?? i put my adress correctly but it’s say’s attempted delivery pls fix this i didn’t get my order.

Not good service. It takes 2 hours for us to get the order and we pay another money for the raider because they gave wrong pin. Also, the food is already cold😡😤
