So the story starts out when I buy the app I go into the language selection thing and there’s no English option so I can’t change it to English at all but if you know how to change it, please text me at 231-753-9935 thank you

It too hard to navigate and find what you are looking for, no easy customer interface to ensure rapid ordering. Should copy something like Uber where its easy, quick and reliable (because also had issues with payment multiple times)

I’m in Puerto Rico and for months I’ve had 3 orders in progress that I’ve already picked up. I’ve called customer service but till this day they haven’t cleared up the issue and this has been going on since April 3rd, 2023 🙄 The app made a it easier to order ahead while at work but now I can’t order anything new

Demorou muito para fazer login e tive que sair do drive thru

All of a sudden, the app will not accept any of my card payments. The cards are updated in good. I have downloaded the app three times and deleted it to try to get it to reset and work but nothing works. I simply cannot pay on the app and it’s very frustrating because I’m missing out on points and deals because of this.
