Me cobraron mal, me tuvieron 40 minutos al telefono y me devolvieron el dinero 60 dias despues. Horrible
MALA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE
La comida llega fría y si algo vino mal la atención al cliente es un desastre no solucionan nada y te toman el pelo.
Llega heladooooo y demora mucho
La app es un desastre, el pedido llega helado y la atención al cliente es desastrosa!

La app en sí es normal, cumple, lo que es molesto es tener que iniciar sesión cada vez que saliste. Es verdaderamente frustrante.
falta de soluciones
Hice un pedido por la aplicación de McDonald’s y me vino incompleto. Hice la queja y no me solucionaron nada. En el medio de la conversación con un asesor, me cortó el chat y me mandó una encuesta de satisfacción. Tuve que volver a hacer la queja para hablar con alguien y, aun así, no me dieron ninguna solución ni un contacto al que pudiera llamar.
