Can’t get past annoying video and signup process: the app won’t let you get pass it without subscribing to paid plan. Useless

So, first of all, you have to take my review with a grain of salt, as I haven’t used the app very long. So make what you will of it. All in all, I think this is a very good app, and honestly, if you are just looking for a simple to use app that tells you what to do and what to buy for a specific goal in mind, you need not to look further. The app is very straightforward to use, and the easy instructions and the videos make the cooking part pretty simple too. (Also, I personally find the main chef dude pretty likeable but i guess that’s relative.) My only problem with the app and why i actually cancelled my subscription (for now anyway, i will be remembering this app when i am trying to gain muscle), is that for a subscription app, that costs as much as many of the “big ones”, it feels a bit unfinished. What i mean by that, is that while getting a 3+1 mealplan with specific macros is easy, even switching out meals is pretty simple, but for example, excluding specific things (re: meat, fish, gluten, etc) is not included in the app yet. Another thing i wish was more customisable, is the number of meals you have a day. As someone who does intermittent fasting (=i only eat 8 hours a day, usually only 2 bigger meals), these plans are unfortunately really overcomplicated to use, because i would have to have maybe a breakfast & a lunch, and a snack & a dinner together, or stg. Of course, i understand that apps are always being developed and I am sure all or some of these things will be included in future versions. So, all in all, this app has great potential, and if you are not looking to customise your plan too much, i 110% recommend it. Otherwise, it might be worth waiting a little for it. :)

This app is very useful with planning your meals. It walks you step by step on what to do, it really takes the guess work out of it. I love that!

As a senior couple with lower metabolisms and fighting weight gain we find it increasingly difficult to plan healthy calculated calorie meals. This app solves that problem and then some, especially when it comes to grocery shopping when we have no idea what to buy or plan for. Great healthy recipes tailored to our needs and wants. Can’t say enough good about this app. Thank you developers.

I’m so glad I’ve found this app. I have been using it for a couple of days and So far I have had no problems. It is very easy, it is very helpful and I love that it gives you an itemized grocery list so I know exactly what and how much to buy!!

Lots of meals to choose from. App works well including scaling recipes, avoiding chosen ingredients, step by step cooking display, and recording consumption/favorites.
