If only all doctors used Medeo. If the administrative staff leave a conversation open, issues like lost requisitions etc. can be rectified overnight. Leaving voice messages at medical offices are so impersonal, and with Medeo, you know your information is secure, so you can disclose anything. Please keep it going, and please spread the word.

Getting used to it . However doesn’t allow easily to attach audio file .

I ask to update my email but the change is not visible and will not be able to get the confirmation of my doctors appointments and the log in email is the old email address. I call the doctors office for them to change the old email address but it not yet visible or operating.

I open the app and I am faced with an endless loading screen. I was able to get through the 'what the app does' pages and it was able to ask for microphone and camera privileges, but after that? Nothing! Zero stars! Let me use my mobile browser!

This app is good as a one way messaging service but doesn’t have basic features that should be easy to access—such as the contact information for one’s physician or a way to send a new message/ email. Could also use some work to make attaching/ uploading documents easier and more intuitive.

Medeo is brilliant software to access my doctor! He is very responsive to my requests for appointments.

Dr. So is very patient and professional doctor who cares for the patients.

Booking on Medeo took me all of two minutes so much easier and faster to book an appointment with me dr.

this app is a scam, no one replies back to your message

Every time I open I document sent by my doctor I get locked in a screen that I cannot print save nothing. The only thing I can do is screenshot fortunately because that’s something my phone controls not the app I have to keep closing and reopening it the app to find any thing, and to go to the next document that I need to review. Absolutely horrible experience from the get-go and has not since improved at all
