Booked and paid in full(only option) for an appointment almost a a week prior. Approx.  12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by a MediBuddy employee stating they are not able to connect with the concerned hospital and the SPOC in that hospital has left the job. This employee instead of getting me alternative solution cancelled my booking and mentioned my money will be refunded after 48 hours.

You guys are smart enough to understand the quality of product MediBuddy is offering.
