Horrible Health Website & Support
Title says it all. Contact gives phone hours not I mountain time when half the province is on mt time. Passwords won’t work. Impossible joke for structure & access.

MHealth is the mobile version of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal, which offers secure and convenient access to your health information at your fingertips, on your mobile device or tablet. MHealth offers a wide range of results and features that allow you to better manage your and your family’s care. Use your existing Patient Portal logon ID and password to get started with MHealth.
With MHealth, you can:
• Communicate securely with your care team
• Request new appointments and see details for upcoming visits
• Pre-register for upcoming appointments
• Review laboratory results and radiology reports
• Track immunizations, allergies, and conditions
• Manage home medications and request prescription renewals
• Reference visit history information and forms, including discharge instructions.
If you already have a Patient Portal account through your healthcare provider, and your provider has enabled access through MHealth, you are ready to begin. If you do not already have a Portal account with a MEDITECH affiliate, visit your healthcare provider’s web page to learn how to get started.

Results of test
I have tried getting my results. It does not work I have tried over and over. Very frustrated
Outrageous
I normally have no problem navigating on line. This one is impossible. Who designed it?

Terrible app. The browser version is slightly better but both get 1 star. My biggest complaint... I can't zoom.

Super user friendly very easy to use.
Easy and works great
I am 74 and had no problem installing and opening app and everything is there. I had the reception at our hospital set up my account. All it took was 5 minutes and my BC Medical Card. I got an email with a link to my account. Click on link and asked to enter a user ID and password. I set those and had immediate access to my account.
Easy Peasy
I’ve had no problems with this App. My phone saved the login information. I can get all my medical records (labs, consults, imaging). I get notifications for my appointments. Very convenient! I’ve read the negative reviews so I’m feeling pretty lucky!
Oh no not again!
I am crying again! Just spent an hour on the phone trying to sign in with my account. Just tried it for myself, no go the user name and password the tech got me to write down doesn’t work again. Old, deaf, ill and mentally I’ll! Just way to frustrating!😥
Misleading
Why does this say it's free when it says I need to update my payment method every time I try to down load this app 😤😤😠
