Meezan Mobile App

Okay so the most annoying part of this app is that it will simply not recognize my fingerprints. It will take two pictures and it will ask you to bring your hand so close to the camera to the point where the picture will naturally start to get blurry. Then it will take the picture and then you will receive a message “fingerprints scan failed”. Please for God’s sake fix this!

I am unable to register because the fingerprint verification failed and the alternative verification option, verification through NIC, is broken. As others on here have reported, the app flags your NIC as invalid, irregardless of whether it's valid or not. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IN THE NEXT UPDATE, I'd be more than happy to change my review.

First they forced my download this app as they were not letting me login to their old app. Now when i am doing biometric scan. They failed it and asked for cnic scan and for scanning my id the camera software or whatever is it is the worst. Even though i managed to take clear pictures of id with their worst app. They said invalid id. WTH. Who did you hire to make app? Seriously? I am unable to access the app for last 2 days. I am definitely switching bank.

Whenever i try to login this apps camera doesn’t focus on my fingers on my 16 pro max while it works perfectly fine on my mother’s android phone. I am completely unable to login into my banking coz of this issue. I recently shifted from Standard Chartered to Meezan and had been having a horrible experience with everything.

Very poor interference and nothing new in features

There are two apps in AppStore, this one new probably. Lacks features at present and where are the added beneficiaries? I have to manually add every payee every single time! Slow app generally not as speedy as the previous app. Agree with the other reviewer, app design seems dated and poor UI/UX presents a stale look.

Your Ui/Ux feels like you guys hired freelancers from Virtual University Changa Manga to build this app. Atleast make the user inter the design of the app the feel of the app like Sada Pay or copy designs from Youtube. It is soo miserable. You will probably lose a customer like me. Pathetic poor style and design sense. You guys are living under a rock . I am not endorsing you to make sood/riba or interest related features as they are haram, just asking to make the money transfer process cool and fun!! Stoneage design. No Aesthetics.

The app’s biometric feature through iPhone 16 is not zooming properly due to which it is not registering my fingerprints. The same was easily done through Android Phone; however, for some reason, the iPhone version is not working properly.

You guys have the same interface in the new app at least add some features and also while logging in you have to wait for that useless loading dots the older version logging was snap

I have capital and small letters in my user name and the app automatically converts it to lower case which cause login to always fail
