Up until today 17/12/24 I had no issues but I topped my coins up and used them to unlock chapters I should have had 50 chapters unlocked and then another 10 only I got nothing and the coins have gone the online chat won’t work so my advice is don’t buy any coins you will lose them and won’t be able to contact anyone to get it sorted out
What happen to MEGANOVEL? I cannot open anymore!!!!
I was really enjoying reading a book on this app, unfortunately I paid to get extra coins so I could read more and now the app is glitching and not allowing me to open it. Not sure if it’s because I have now spent money or if that’s a coincidence. Hopefully it will be fixed.
Most of the stories are good BUT watch out for the purchase bonus’ and trying to get ANY help from their app support. I purchased an 200 coin offer with a +400 coin bonus. They only credited me the 200 coins. When I went to Apple to get help they directed my the the Developer. Went to the Developer and it’s a round robin of nowhere to actually submit a support request. Deleting this app as I can’t trust them to give what I paid for and the daily ‘20 credits’ is an annoying tease. Can’t be bothered

I read the first three chapters on a different platform, I wanted to continue to read so it asked me to download the app. I did this twice and on both occasions it wouldn’t open at all and just stuck uselessly. Shame as I enjoyed the start
Having to but top ups to read the book works out extremely expensive just wish you could pay a one off payment to read the whole book then maybe the author would then receive more money as more people would read the whole book.
So I begin to read and I’m enjoying it. Then I have to pay to read more. So far, I’ve paid £40 and I just found out I’m only 6.25% through the book!! How much is this going to cost me…. Guess I’ll just have to imagine how it ends as I don’t think I’ve EVER paid £40 for a novel… and I’ve read A LOT of books.
Just don’t start with any story because if you start reading it then it asks for for coins and you have to pay all the time .. if you want to keep on spending money then go for it because it’s very interesting
Buyer beware. Check that you do not have books on continuous download (which I was NOT aware that I had). You will be charged WEEKLY at a rate of £9.99 even if you only open the app once. Total scam.
