Menulog - Food Delivery

My order has been stolen twice and I can’t even contact the delivery person. Please make better rules and security system to prevent this. This is getting frustrating. This is not done

Worst App. Couldn't find any support and help after you had problem with App. Call the number not for customer and try online chat. No work. There is no email. Nothing to contact them. All They want just order food and charge you money. No more else

Consistently get eta’s that claim 20-40 mins but end up being wait times for 1 hour to 2 hours. Do not use this if you plan to eat on time.

Ordered off them once, and noticed money missing from my account once I checked for months! Demanded a refund, got treated like dirt and hung up on after then had really stolen from me multiple times. Disgusting customer service

Food is always cold and takes to long

It’s great to get the correct order with no missing items and delivered within the timeframe set on your app. I made the mistake of ordering from another delivery service. The order wasn’t correct, not even close and the delivery time kept getting delayed until it was cancelled on their end last minute.

I received a wrong item with other persons name on the box of food. I tried to order again from the same shop but they were closed at that time(it was nearly midnight). So I ordered from same company but different branch and I had paid EXTRA delivery fee and service fee because of the missing order. I asked a refund of missing item(of course not the total order amount) and sent them photos of what I received and a screenshot of my order history so that menulog could see. But they just declined my refund and didn’t say why they can’t refund the missing order. I asked the reason again but they kept saying same thing, didn’t tell me why. I’ve been a royal user for long time but they treated me like a fraud. I am going to delete my account and the app.

Service time is terrible cant even order my food without it being pushed back even though there hasn't even been a courier assigned. Couldn't refund and get my money back but I canceled it anyway because Itwas just ridiculous. An hour and a half waiting didn't even get to the stage of assigning courier.

The drivers just leave my food wherever and say it’s drive red before contacting me more than once

Ordered a meal. Waited over an hour. Order was canceled by the app. No help. Tried to talk to support. No support online. A complete joke of a delivery app.
