Haven’t been able to log into the app for some time. I’ll put in my login details and it just takes me back to login page. Have tried deleting and re-downloading but still nothing. Unable to participate in any reward challenges because of this.

Often can’t access rewards. Tried to set up free days of power but dates locked in are not the ones I select. Can’t change them as app says not available at this time. Chatbot help puts me in a queue, if I navigate away from the chat window I lose my place in the queue (no notification that you’re now live) so I may as well multitask on the phone waiting for someone as stare at the screen waiting to be contacted. Ridiculous set up.

Constantly don’t get the step challenges because the app won’t sync to Fitbit even when I’ve synced the app, or it will disconnect from the Fitbit and I see it when I’m in a challenge without it so can’t change it.

Doesn’t work

Extremely frustrating to be constantly logged out of the app and have to go through the password reset process bc the (actual) password doesn’t work.

It ok

I had to quit challenge and have now lost over 14,000 steps because the data is not syncing for the challenge even though both apps are approved to get this data by me. Now what happens. Waste of time doing the challenge.

Is alwaya saying dashboard not available and keeps loosing my fitbit connection and says another health option ticked

Previously loved using the app, now it’s such a pain to find the challenges/rewards. It’s so dull, I wish it would be changed back to how it was.

The app is always down with account summary is unavailable and therefore you can’t access rewards. It has been like this for months. Maybe 1 or 2 days out of the week it works and all other days it is down
