It is enjoyable for the first few levels, but there’s not enough space for items that you can’t use and it takes too long, sometimes a few hours, to acquire needed items. I tried to give the game a chance, but I think I’ll delete it.

Just downloaded the game after seeing it pitched to me many times while playing other games. Funny, when it pitched, it shows landscape mode, but when you actually download it and play, it’s portrait only.  This is a non starter for those of us who use tablets such as an iPad.

I’ve spent hundreds on the in-app purchases, but it doesn’t help you get ahead. Bots manage to win most of the rewards in the challenges, somehow collecting three times the number of points as everyone else before it even gets started. It’s a fun game to play, just don’t expect to win much in challenges, and don’t spend a dime to play.

I have had this game for three years was on lever 40 I am now randomly at level 29 but all my progress with the house and all my different scenes have been erased. I don’t know what that new update did. But I started to have Deja vu on a lot of the conversations that my character was having then to look at all my hard work is gone. I will no longer playing when it can just mess up like that. I am still confused on if you are going to erase my progress why put me back down to 29 instead of level 1 it’s like insult after insult

Gave the support team several times to address an issue with rewards not correctly posting. 
Was told that I wasn’t seeing it because it already posted and the videos I sent were “ started too late “ to capture the updates. 
The videos were trimmed to facilitate uploading restrictions though when pieces together they show a picture of rewards conveniently not being tallied. 
Why would you have a display that updates a total THEN shows the event happening. 
Ya lost me

The aggressive marketing campaigns around this game makes it appealing but don’t be fooled, it’s designed to get you addicted and spend LOTS of money. I confess I really enjoyed it at first but not worth it… as you progress and the level of difficulty increases it is no longer about a fun challenge but about how much money you are willing to spend in order to continue to advanced. Stay away from it

I have been playing this game every day for around 2 years. I used to make some in-game purchases too, because I liked the perks and it felt good to support the developers. But with new additions like the Secret Supply game that has no user input to play and the mystery case that has replaced all the useful rewards with stupid clue cards that are just lots of useless duplicates, it's a lot less fun to play, and I'm certainly not going to pay them anymore money.

I really enjoyed the game at first. Mindless merging was kind of addictive, a break from the stressors of the day. The story isn’t really a story, or at least it takes years before you get the slightest bit of movement in the plot line. The side games used to be able to be finished or won if you worked really hard. Now I think you can’t finish them unless you pay money. I think that’s the idea, they want to make money. It’s fair, but I don’t have that kind of disposable income and I don’t like the message it sends that you have to have money in order to accomplish things and make progress in the world. Time, effort, and dedication should be enough. Mostly though, I realize that while this game used to feel fun, now, I feel depressed when I play it. Definitely addictive, but not worth either price (money or depression).

This is my favorite game. Lately, everything has been taken over by the case 1 card game. ALL of the daily scoop, many rewards in side games, the monthly pass… also, why is it $12.99 for a 17 day pass and $12.99 for a 30 day pass? I remember when this started, the price adjusted with how long the event was. It’s so disappointing to players like me and many others who liked to pay a little to support the team making a great game. Lately, it seems exploitative. Rewards are depreciating and prices are increasing. Why is it necessary? Why is everything the card game? Why are the cards all duplicates? It’s so annoying and makes it unenjoyable.

I used to love this game, and played it daily, made regular purchases. 
But they ruined it by introducing a card matching game that cannot be skipped, and replaced a lot of the rewards that they offered.

It’s so frustrating to get the same cards over and over and over and over and over . . . At least at McDonald’s, you get to eat the burger that comes with the Monopoly cards.

The new “monthly” mystery pass is only 18 days but cost the same $13 as the 30 day one. If it had been 8.99 for the 2 path and like 3.99 for the single path you might have got me again. Add that to the fact that all the rewards are these awful cards that are literally a gamble. No thanks. I feel like the devs are punishing all the players for some users who used a time zone exploit. They artificially inflated the game could be played so it was made harder. Those of us who never used it stand no chance. I quit playing the granny escape side game as it was too hard. Started the frozen event but quickly saw it was unbalanced and impossible and quit that too. This game is way too unbalanced. I don’t have a million energy orbs from cheating the game for years. Make it playable for those of us just trying to enjoy and ban the bad actors.
