App is just awesome. Just waiting for AI to be available in India.

After updating to latest version, unable to import photos from meta app. It only works if the glasses are in case. Please fix the bug.

I bought new Meta glasses and I recorded bunch of videos but I have not been able to get access to the app as it always says Something went wrong!! Requesting developers to look into this ASAP

It’s an amazing product which makes many things easier in a day to day life. Would like to know if this product will work in india over Bluetooth for taking calls and listening to music and taking pictures Totally understand the meta AI will not work there. Could you please answer this question

My brother wants to pair his iphone with my Meta Ray Ban but he wasn’t able to do so. After that I read the forums, and it turned out that only one device can be paired. To give the glasses to another person, I would have to factory reset the glasses. And no one has time re-pair and set her/his old settings again. However, we do wish to have these AI glasses to support atleast 2/3 devices, while maintaining strict privacy. We look forward to have that feature!

The prompts by the application are very easy to follow, the icons are very easy to identify, and with some focus and patience, you can get the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses programmed in less than a half hour.

Please change so we can just delete Photos/Videos we don’t want without having to import them to our phone camera roll. Increase recording time to 10-minutes or longer. Thanks

When will this feature be available?

Very good, camera quality is really good but the app could use an update. Would recommend though and I recommend to anyone I see.
