Doesn’t work anymore
After the app updated from “meta view” to “meta AI”, the app started crashing and doesn’t open anymore. I can’t see my photos anymore.

It was good before but not anymore
I liked this app before when I just purchased Rayban Meta because there waa tabs for photos, settings and etc. Now this app has terrible UI/UX after it became Meta AI. I assume this app focus is now mostly on AI and not Rayban and that’s bad because in my country their AI is not even available so the app is really empty and terrible.
very intuitive app
The prompts by the application are very easy to follow, the icons are very easy to identify, and with some focus and patience, you can get the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses programmed in less than a half hour.
Delete Videos/Photos without importing
Please change so we can just delete Photos/Videos we don’t want without having to import them to our phone camera roll. Increase recording time to 10-minutes or longer. Thanks

When will this feature be available?
Very good, but I am able to see any updates but then it doesn’t show them.
Very good, camera quality is really good but the app could use an update. Would recommend though and I recommend to anyone I see.

The AI function does not appear in the app
Broken app
For whatever reason, the product owners behind this app forgets that your phone isn't just a hard drive. The app does this: if you have 30 pieces of media that needs to be imported onto your phone, it will see if your phone has enough space to handle all 30, if not, you don't get any of it. For whatever the genius of the product team that built this app, they never thought of maybe letting you import the media your device can handle until you free up more space, then import the rest. Because what this means @metaviewproductteam, is that if our phones can't handle all 30 pieces, we can't get any of our stuff untill the storage on the glasses run out, then the only way to get the glasses to work again is to factory reset. GENIUS!
Works really well.. but
This app works really well! It’s super seamless and I have never lost footage when it dies or I switch phones or glasses. The only issue is videos aren’t time stamped so it hard to sort footage
Fun
I enjoy all of the features of my Meta View glasses
