## Metar-Taf Description
Gevisualiseerde METAR en TAF weerinformatie voor alle vliegvelden ter wereld. Beknopte samenvatting van alles wat je moet weten over het vliegweer van vandaag. 

METAR kenmerken: 
- Gevisualiseerd in gemakkelijk te begrijpen en kleurrijke metriek
- Weersymbolen voor belangrijk weer en wolken, zoals in een niet-luchtvaart weerbericht
- Berekeningen van zijwind, door METAR en baaninformatie te combineren
- Vluchtregels categorie: VFR, MVFR, IFR, LIFR
- Voorlezen door tekst-naar-spraak beschikbaar, luister naar een gedecodeerd METAR terwijl je andere dingen doet

TAF kenmerken:
- TAF uitgesplitst en per uur weergegeven in een tabel
- Toon zonsopgang/ondergang, minimum en maximum temperatuur

Het weer bijhouden:
- Voeg je favoriete stations toe aan de lijst, zie hun weer in een oogopslag
- Ontvang waarnemingen in de buurt van je locatie
- Zoek stations op de interactieve kaart met weercodes
- Zoek luchthavens op ICAO code of naam

Geschiedenis:
- Grafieken met weertrends van vandaag en gisteren: temperatuur, zicht, windsnelheid, QNH
- METAR geschiedenis van de laatste uren en link naar meer op de website

Luchthaven informatie:
- Bekijk informatie over de luchthavens, zoals baanbeschrijvingen, hoogte, ligging 
- Als de luchthaven geen METAR meldt, wordt het dichtstbijzijnde station gebruikt voor berekeningen

Berekeningen:
- Alle eenheden zijn aanpasbaar: snelheid (knopen, km/h, m/s, mph), hoogte (meters/feet), zicht (kilometers/mijlen), temperatuur (Celcius/Fahrenheit) en luchtdruk (Hectopascal, Inch Hg)
- Tijden worden omgerekend naar de plaatselijke tijd voor elk vliegveld
- Zonsopgang en zonsondergang worden berekend op basis van de breedtegraad/lengtegraad van de luchthaven

Algemeen:
- METAR, TAF en vliegveldgegevens worden automatisch opgeslagen voor offline gebruik
- Beschikbaar in 6 talen: Engels, Nederlands, Spaans, Portugees, Duits en Frans
