## Metric Sprint Description
Test your sprint speed and agility like a timing gate system, using only the camera on your phone.

Metric Sprint turns your iPhone camera into a fully automatic speed and agility testing lab. No timing gates, no lasers, no wearables, no stopwatch. Set your phone up, run, and get instant peak velocity, 5m, 10m, and 20m splits across the entire sprint, and video playback of every rep. You can also test your change of direction and agility with a 5-0-5 and 5-10-5 test protocols.

FULLY AUTOMATIC, START TO FINISH
Most speed testing means hauling out timing gates, connecting to your tablet, managing dropouts, and battery. Metric Sprint does the work for you. It finds your body, automatically detects the start of each sprtin, and tracks your velocity in real time for frame by frame velocity analysis. Just line the video frame up with your run and the app handles the rest.

MORE THAN A SPLIT TIME
Timing gates only tell you when you crossed a beam. Metric Sprint measures velocity through the whole run:

Peak velocity: your true top speed, not an average between gates
Instantaneous velocity at every point of the effort, so you can see exactly where an athlete accelerates, holds speed, and decelerates

AGILITY TESTS, PROPERLY ADJUDICATED
Metric Sprint records every rep and includes turn adjudication so you can confirm the athlete made the line before counting the result. No more arguing over whether the foot touched. Change-of-direction tests are only as good as the turn so be confident your test performance is sharp. 

VIDEO PLAYBACK and review for every sprint
Every effort is recorded automatically. Review runs with the velocity data alongside the footage to check technique, verify turns, and show athletes exactly what happened.

- Any agility turn misses or close calls are brought up for review before you then go to your run summary
