Cannot resolve the problem

Have been trying to get the issue I have with this app for 4 weeks, IT dept needs re-training. They all keep telling me it’s resolved but it is still not working. Will be changing banks very soon.

A QR code hasn’t come up and no useful contents to help

The documents and contents about how to install the authentication app are so poor but if the app works correctly it doesn’t matter of the quality of the documents. Because usually we don’t read documents to down load any Apps. It must be so easy to start using apps. But this app is miserably poor!

Only for business??

Metro bank doesn’t let personal account customers use 2FA we have to rely on the less secure (and recently compromised -Google Metro 2FA) of receiving a text message to authorise access to our accounts from an unknown browser/location/device. This is unacceptable.

Useless

Really bad. Won’t work with either QR code scanning, nor manual entry via ticket number. Metro seems to struggle a lot with technology.

No support

I have been trying for over a week to seek assistance! The staff just don’t know how they can assist other than delete the app and reinstall and it does NOT work!

The worst lost useless app and bank ever

Do not install

This app will not run without accessing your phone GPS and capturing your exact location. Why that is needed - I do not know. Most Authenticator programs like this do NOT need GPS location. Sorry, but this is just too big brother and creepy to use.
