Milano Card App

Meaningless to book online however in the end paper ticket is required which can only be picked up from one certain place. Then try to manage to be there without daypass.

I figured to be smart and buy my three day ticket in advance. I did get my shuttle ticket (which was never checked), but after payment by creditcard I was informed in the app that I had to pick up my paper ticket at one location somewhere in Milan centre. A location I was never intending to visit. Ended up buying a new three day ticket after all. Better and easier to just buy at the vending machines. This is a complete rip-off.

This app/service is a complete waste of time. The only purpose of this app is to buy a paper ticket which you have to physically pick up at a completely random location. Please avoid at all costs, this is a scam. I would suggest paying for your ride at Milan’s public transport by card and not wasting your time with this. My only question to Milano Card is: WHY!?!?!? With this review, I hope I can dissuade some lost tourists from wasting their time and money (like I did).
