Great trip tracker

I’m a physician working at many different hospitals and need to track mileage for personal and professional use for taxes. This app really makes it easy. Highly recommend.

Not paying $168 a year

Used this app for about a year w/o paying a subscription and was able to see all of my trips. They have all of a sudden blocked being able to see the mileage for any trips after 15 trips per month. With so many other options out there, I am not paying $168 a year just to track my mileage.

False Advertising

I’ve been on the Lite plan for about a year, which is supposed to be free for 15 trips per month. Ever since last month, it says my trip limit is exceeded and has hidden my data. I recorded 8 trips last month and 4 this month…last time I checked both of these were less than 15. UPDATE: I just heard back from the developer and contrary to what their app says (that you get 15 trips/month) apparently they have recently decided to change that to 15 trips total…if I could rate this app ZERO stars I would.

Manual entry lacking

For the free version 15 trips a month is provided. Which seems reasonable until you realize when Driversnote does not properly track a trip so you have to manually enter it, there is no way to enter a round trip. Only point A to point B. One way. Then a separate entry is required for the return. Ridiculous. That means two trips are recorded when in actual fact it was only one.

Great App for New Businesses

About four years ago my employer created a new team in my department that required quite a bit of traveling around to all new affiliates. This was the first time I was going to have to track my mileage, EVER, and I did not want to do the companies log that required to fill everything out with addresses and miles and odometer readings. Purchased this app, along with one of their iBeacons and it was perfect at helping me to a mileage and address sheet for my team. Because the hard work is already done, I no longer need the service but absolutely recommend using these guys. Customer service is also super friendly and responsive, helped me setup a refund within an hour of my initial communication.

Loved it

Driver note really helped me keep track of all my mileage, it was easy and convenient Thanks Guys

Drains battery

It’s an okay app. As soon as I start a trip within 30 minutes my battery is super low. I don’t recommend

Limited trips per month

This app limits you to 15 trips a month unless you pay $11/month. That is not worth $132 a year.
