MILES Car & Van Sharing

As previously used Miles services were very happy, unfortunately last time I had to use them, I found out, that UK driving lessons or even Some of EU countries are not recognised, not in the list. Sadly I am very disappointed. Really feels discriminated.

Mir wurden 5 Tage in Rechnung gestellt anstatt 20 mins! Miles zockt die Kunden ab! Kann Ich nicht empfehlen!

Can scan my drivers license without issue, but app doesn’t seem to access front camera to take the photo of my face. Have double checked all permissions are set to allow and have reset the app three times

I never get the registration verification email, so can’t register (and apparently this is a known issue talking to support). Hence the app is useless for me. Why is this even necessary at signup? 🤷‍♂️

Won’t accept my documents, which is very frustrating

A monthly insurance dee seems to keep coming out which was not discussed as far as as I read (and i did a lot of reading bedore downloading), but other than thT this app has saved my life with my recent move.

Habe mit einen Miles Pass geholt, leider hat seitdem die Abrechnung über das Pass Guthaben noch nie funktioniert. Support dazu ist miserabel, keine Hotline, ewig auf Antwort per Mail warten und dann ist das Problem trotz angeblicher Lösung bei der nächsten Fahrt immer noch vorhanden. Und dann wird man allen Ernstes noch mit weiterem Guthaben abgespeist, das dann auch nicht eingelöst werden kann und verfällt. Absolute Katastrophe.

Mir wurden mal eben so 100€ abgebucht, weil ich angeblich im Fahrzeug geraucht habe.

Früher war es bei MILES Carsharing wirklich praktisch, das Guthaben direkt in der App sehen und einfach aufladen zu können. Diese Funktion hat die Nutzung enorm erleichtert. Leider wurde das abgeschafft, und jetzt kann man kein Guthaben mehr aufladen. Stattdessen muss man bei jeder Fahrt direkt zahlen, was weniger flexibel ist und den Komfort reduziert. Es wäre großartig, wenn diese Funktion zurückkäme, um den Service wieder kundenfreundlicher zu gestalten.
