would be a great game but asking me about species of whale and difficult motor sport questions on the open 5 questions is silly. can always answer first 5 questions watching millionaire but asking 64k questions at the star is ridiculous. update- asking a question about where you can get schnitzel i clicked germany answer was austria. this show is not meant to have trick questions

There is no difficulty scale in the questions. I often find myself needing to use a lifeline on one of the first 5 questions. On the opposite end, I had a £64,000 question asking me what the capital of China was. I suspect the questions haven't been checked by a human either as there have been multiple instances where the answer was in the question itself. I would expect better from a paid app. You can mitigate the above issues by playing the 'champions' mode where you receive the same set of questions that big winners of the UK show had. There isn't a massive collection of games, but they're fun to play before you memorise the answers. The studio design in both modes look great, but the contestant and host just appear as black silhouettes. A way to customise at least the contestant's look would be welcome. I love that this uses the same music and sound effects you'd hear on the real show, makes the experience so much more immersive than the free version of this game. The phone-a-friend lifeline could be improved a little. Perhaps the option to select between 3 friends with their specialities listed and to hear them speaking rather than only seeing text on screen as we do now. I fear updates may have stopped on the game because at the time of writing, it's been 7 months since the last update and there used to be more frequent updates prior to that. With this being a paid app, the downloads are low and there's no other microtransactions to keep getting money out of us like with their free app. With that all said, if you want something as close to the TV show as possible, this is the best option out there. It may have its flaws with the questions, but it's still an acceptable experience for the current price of £2

I was asked how many languages the people of South Africa’s speak. What? The answers where 1 2 5 and 11. Forgive me if I’m wrong but the first questions on the show are more “what’s colour is the sky” and less if those nonsense first question.

I’m sorry, but the first few questions are like the £32,000 questions on the real show! I can normally get to £16-£32k questions with ease, but some of the £200 questions are so hard! Lower the bar guys, it’s just not fun

Questions don’t seem to start easy and then get harder. All questions are medium to hard difficulty throughout

Not bad, but disappointed there is no fastest finger first round. Should have checked before I bought it!

I would say this is the closest your getting to the real tv show, from the music to the effects and everything else unlike all the other rubbish out on the App Store, plus it doesn’t force you to answer the questions in a set time your allowed to have time to think and enjoy the game. Highly recommend.
