Since I started using this program/app my life has improved a lot. I keep my space cleaner. I’m enjoying work more. I’m doing more creative things I love. And It’s helped me continue to enjoy my life without alcohol. Its serious therapy, it’s enjoyable, and It’s had no negative impact on my health. So glad this is an option!

My experience with Mindbloom has been deeply disappointing and feels predatory. They take advantage of vulnerable people by enrolling them in recurring charges for services without proper authorization or clear notification. Despite my explicit lack of consent, I was charged for ongoing fees that I never agreed to.

The lack of transparency in their billing practices is unacceptable, and their customer service offered little to no resolution when I attempted to dispute these fraudulent charges. This behavior is not only unethical but also harmful to those who trust them with their well-being.

I strongly caution anyone considering their services to be extremely wary of their billing practices and ensure you are fully aware of what you are signing up for. This kind of predatory behavior has no place in a company claiming to help people.

App works as designed and the ability to set up meeting, the tracking etc is great. My only con is that you have to use voice to text whereas I would normally type my responses, but the AI works great.

Continuity scam posing as mental health app. This app makes it ridiculously hard to cancel and hides account functions allowing a user to remove payment credentials in order to prevent their autopay.

The program has been helpful, but the app causes more problems than it solves. Before every session the app crashes and I need to reinstall the app. When it works, it is extremely slow and buggy. This program deserves a better and more reliable app.

The app was very buggy for me. When I got to my 5th session it thought it was my 6th. It was buggy from the start but once I hit that last bug, I quit the program. I liked the app but the experience left me frustrated and like it was an afterthought to the whole experience. Stop with new features and just focus on the whole journey people go through.

Clinician was rude, condescending and asking “trick questions” in a very unprofessional way. Never would I recommend your company to anyone. 

Instead of asking trick questions or personal medical history questions Sonia Mookherjea should be more open and say “I see that you have been prescribed ketamine treatment in the past” instead of saying “have you ever been prescribed ketamine?” knowing she already knows the answer as she can see my past medical prescriptions etc. Trying to put a customer on the spot when their last treatment was several months ago, has a busy schedule and a newborn and lack of sleep sets the bar pretty low for your company. 

She was completely unprofessional and frankly had an unprofessional attitude. 

Anyways I would like a full refund for the entire program or I will contact my credit company and proceed with a full chantage back for services not rendered.

I signed up with Mind bloom in August 2024. I paid a introductory price of $99.00 to get started and $349.00 for my first month of six sessions. I participated in two sessions; although the application claims I’ve had three sessions. I spoke with one Clinician and a guide. They even upped my dosage after the first session, but it didn’t help. I thought I paid for six introductory sessions. There is no transparency or accountability at Mindbloom- it seems. I would never trust my mental health to them after this horrible and overly hyped experience. There is no phone number to contact anyone in accounts and billing, just bots. I sent a email to cancel my account- I did this multiple times with no further sessions authorized by me to be billed. Now today August 18th another bot email is informing me I owe $105 to cancel because I received six sessions worth of “medication “ good till October- which was not on my schedule before I cancelled- someone added that after I attempted to cancel. What a scam! They make canceling a huge confusing and arbitrary ordeal. I also can’t remove my debt card from my own Mindbloom account! Why? “Because I have an active account” yeah it’s active because Mindbloom will not cancel it like I requested. I received several text messages from Mindbloom trying to get me to change my mind. Including offering discounts. I did the broken record response of please just cancel my account with no further billing. Thank you. I was told on the 17th by a chat bot that I now owed them over $1000 in cancellation fees. Somehow the day after it’s now only $105.00 I will be disputing that if taken out of my bank account - as I am basically being mugged and held up online by Mindbloom I NEVER would have signed up for something other than a introductory new client program if I don’t even know if it will work for me. All the hype and it did not help at all. I am asking Mindbloom again to please cancel my account and any other charges will be unauthorized and I will dispute with my bank, other than the $449.00 I paid to “try” the therapy.

[First, long but worth at least skimming if you’re considering. And I wrote a review a few wks ago and it was up and then got negged somehow, which I’ve never seen on apps reviews. Not surprising that mbloom devotes so much time and expenses on reviews/promotion rather than it’s actual services though.] …

 Signed up a couple months ago and the day before my first session I realized not only did I not receive the medicine but there was no UPS notification. So I email them and it turns out I’m informing THEM of this fact. No apologies in the slightest and they said the local pharmacy was having supply issues; could deal with it as long as was given some prior notice, as I not only rearranged my entire weekly schedule for this but so did my peer monitor. But nothing…. I then emailed them and said I wanted to reconsider whether I wanted to proceed with these treatments and requested a refund. Without acknowledging this clear request - completely ignoring it, in fact - they then proceed to ship out the medicine, which will ofc arrive too late. Almost couldn’t believe these manipulative, aggressive tactics at first… I think about it for a couple days and decide I don’t want to trust my therapy to this company anymore. I’ve never blatantly ignored a request to cancel - or any request for that matter - from a patient/client at my workplace, and don’t know anyone else who has. I ask what are my options for cancellation now and there’s a $300 fee. I call out the ridiculousness of this and they then said $150, but I have to bring the ketamine they already sent to an approved drug disposal site and show them proof. Fun... Even a simple thing like a 10 min questionaire they require was extremely burdensome. Multiple back buttons and if you press the wrong one you have to start all over, nothing saved. And if you skip the page it allows you to proceed but then when you finish it says the page wasn’t filled and you have to start all over again, nothing saved. Spent more than an hr and finally am told can just email the answers. When I get to the nurses session I’m then told they’re not necessary. Good times…. Have tried ketamine therapy (infusion) before for PTSD, depression and anxiety that I’ve suffered massively from my entire adult life. And experienced positive results - did I have an epiphany or was my outlook completely changed? No, but have had the kind of spiritual epiphanies in my life before and wasnr expencting one, and have had a lot of bad luck/karma in my

Wow! Is all I can say- don’t hesitate and get started with them as your ketamine treatment providers. The team is fantastic, customer support/ chat is wonderful and immediate, and the APP is SO easy to navigate and use!! Just do it; you have nothing to lose only so many things to gain! I just completed the 6 session initial program & bought the additional 18 today. I needed some help/ questions with that and support through the app chat was amazing.

If you like spending $1000+ on a roll of the dice, this is the solution for you. Unfortunately for me, I got 3-4 days of temporary improvement after sessions, but after the first six sessions, I am back to where I was prior to doling out that grand. The app is fine, though ipados layout support would be nice. The music is mediocre and content is limited.

I have been a Mindbloom client for a little under a year and in that time period my life has dramatically changed. This is the App Store so I’m not going to go into that but really review the app. If you want better health, check out the Mindbloom website. 

When I started the program the app was on the basic side- I could schedule my sessions, set the audio for that session, access their program education tools, and make some appointments (very limited). Mindbloom really listens to their clients and is constantly making updates to the app for the better. Now you can use AI to help with intention setting!! Game changer! You have the ability to schedule not just basic integration sessions but the themed ones also. And one of the best features next to the AI intentions, is the ability to easily access and listen to the Mindbloom audio tracks outside of your session. They are excellent for meditation sessions and I use them regularly. It used to be awful to replay them if you weren’t in an active session. I participated in a beta and there are other exciting features coming down the pike. Overall a great app and enhances the program!

Tried this thing, it’s kind of a sketchy fly by night company. I wouldn’t count on it being around for long or them really caring about your long term health. They just want your money like most drug companies. I recommend ayahuasca and natural healing sources.
Please don’t respond “developer”. Your opinion is not needed and only invalidates my feelings.

I began Mindbloom to deal with anxiety issues and trauma regarding past relationships. It helped me distance myself from my own judgements and allowed me to see the truth of my life. It was honestly one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.

The app is not fully developed. Some links before my session didn't work and sent me to customer support. However, it’s a simple link with a standard form. When I complete tasks in completed sections, it shows the wrong number of completed tasks, and the website shows the correct amount, but the app does not. Lastly, chat life is not live by any means, and it has an e-mail embedded system when you are supposed to get a response in 24 hours.
The app is sloppy, and this level is not okay for patients
