In order to choose the specialists who are ideal for you, we suggest that you first fill out a short questionnaire, where you will be able to outline your expectations. Your answers will become the basis for the formation of individual recommendations. We pay attention to every wish when selecting highly qualified specialists for each Mindly client.

ALL THERAPISTS HAVE A DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY AND VIDEO PROFILES
Before signing up for a session, you have the opportunity to view the specialist's video presentation, his certifications and learn about the specifics of his or her therapy. In addition, you can contact a specialist via chat to clarify any questions that may arise during the selection process.

CHOOSE ANY TIME THAT WORKS FOR YOU
At Mindly, we understand that waiting weeks or months for a therapy session is no longer relevant. In today's on-demand world, mental health should not be an exception. That's why with Mindly you have the opportunity to book a therapy session and get a consultation from a psychologist today, no more waiting!

RESCHEDULE AND CANCEL SESSIONS AS NEEDED
You are free to cancel or reschedule your session as many times as you need, but this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If some unforeseen circumstances arose and you were unable to do so within the specified period, you always have the opportunity to discuss rescheduling the session directly with your psychologist.

HOLD SESSIONS ONLINE FROM ANY DEVICE
We have our own video calling system integrated into the Mindly platform, so you can join a session through our mobile app or through a browser on your computer. All video calls are guaranteed to be secure and confidential.

CHAT WITH YOUR THERAPIST AT YOUR CONVENIENCE

Вітаю, додаток мені дуже подобається але хочу добавити такі коментарі:
1. Коли мені пише психолог то не відображається ніде, ні аудіально і ні візуально. 
2. Після першого сенсу потрібну купувати одразу 4 сеанси, що якщо людині не виходить, що робити ?
Зробіть 2 сенси/3 сеанси - на вибір. 
3. Я працюю цілу неділю і мені не виходить зустрічатись із психологом по буднях. Прошу внести фільтр де можна відсортувати психологів, які тобі подобаються, котрі можуть зайнятись з тобою на вихідних.
