But I the app said that the nric already existed. In the end could not add. I tried to log in for myself, same error message. Same problem. I couldn’t log in as well for telemedicine. She just wanted to get it over and done with for the tele consultation. Asked why did I wait for 30 mins only for consultation to be rejected, can’t they inform me earlier or have some sort of “filter” since they are already “assessing” patients on a case to case basis? Doctor told me not sure if I’ve read about the recent case on Teleconsult. Sorry bro, is it my problem that rotten apples are tainting our credibility? The past record tab is not working as well, so I can’t see the invoice, or progress of the delivery. So basically I have no access to when the med is coming, nor can I receive the med when it is delivered now.
