Cool app idea but at the moment I can’t finalize the process of becoming an expert (button “Save changes” is disabled even if I fill all the fields). Didn’t see a way to report this in the app, you might want to add a way for users to send feedback.

How do you get the link to your expert account on minnect to share it with people? Thank you

During setting up my expert account, I notice that there was no IT as a category to put my account under. I took the leap of fate and message customer support to see if in the slightest chance they can add IT as a category. Within 12 hours, they responded that would not be an issue and when I went ahead and see if IT was added, what do you know it was. I am amazed that a simple email like this was responded with a positive result. Keep up the good work guys.!!!

I joined as both a user and an expert. I’ve been a fan of PBD since probably 2019 and think this is a great idea to help spread knowledge. You guys can thank me for the collectibles category. That was my contribution and I’m the first collectibles expert.

I recently downloaded this app to engage with the people. I listen to every day and the community leaders that I follow, and I have found the experience to be quite rewarding. It is amazing on how quick the replies are and the value of the content that I’ve received. I’ve asked specific questions and advice and have received responses of value and so for that I believe this app is an amazing platform to really connect with the people that you follow or see in a way that is meaningful

As soon as Valuetainment launched Minnect App a few years ago, I immediately jumped on board to enroll as a hospitality expert to expand my ability to be of service to others in efficient Q&A format. We went back and forth a few times before jumping on a zoom call with Rupesh from IT to troubleshoot and reset my profile. They were patient, eager to assist and clearly experts in their roles which instantly impressed me. My profile is now active and works well.
