I brought this product because it had great reviews on Amazon, and at first I thought it might work but then as soon as I downloaded the app it was just stuck saying that is wasn’t connected and whenever you tried to press anything it would just tell you to connect it without saying how. So now within ten minutes of it getting delivered, I am already stuck on the first step and I will now have to try and get a refund. Please do not buy this.

I downloaded this a while ago and it didn’t work - it just puts up a screen with options that can’t be accessed.
I am amazed to see that, months on, still nothing has been done to put this right. I bought a lead I can’t use and I am not happy. It seems the developer doesn’t give a damn about their steadily worsening reputation.
