I've been using this app since the release and it has completely transformed my powerlifting journey. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just getting started, this app has something to offer for everyone. Pros: User-Friendly Interface: The layout is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through your workouts, track progress, and adjust routines and gauge RPE based workouts. Customisable Workouts: The app is laced on your personalized workout plans based on your goals. Whether you're focusing on strength, hypertrophy, or a specific lift, Muscle Locker Strength Coach has got you covered. Progress Tracking: One of the standout features is the detailed progress tracker. You can log every set, rep, and PR (personal record). The app provides insightful analytics to help you understand your strengths and areas for improvement including the implemented in app coach chat when you request assistance with your workouts. Regular Updates: The app is fairly new, although, the developers are clearly committed to improving the app. I've seen several updates that add new features and fix minor bugs, showing that they listen to user feedback. Cons: Limited Free Features: While the free version is functional, many of the advanced features are locked behind a subscription. However, the value provided by the premium version is well worth the cost for serious lifters. Learning Curve for Newbies: If you're new to powerlifting, the amount of information can be overwhelming at first. But with a bit of time, you’ll get the hang of it. Great app for strength enthusiasts. Currently on week 2, really enjoying everything so far.
The app allows you to practical make your own program as it gives you options for length of the program, number of days, how long you’ve already been training and many more. It also has the option for a premium membership which allows you to communicate with the coaches to help you with any questions or problems you may have. All in all Amazing App definitely worth a download.
