This App is donkey doo doo, makes my b*lls itch.
Stopped drinking
I do love the app, it literally changed my life. Used to smoke too much, especially after alcohol. It really helped to move out of this circle
Predatory subscription
Watch out for the automatic subscription for a year at a time. Now I have an app I don’t want and $65 less.
Evaluation
Need more about self respect and exceptance. More for about the elderly and learning to deal with acceptance of growing old

Do not give them any information, they will continue to charge you, even if cancelled a trial version!!

A few were relaxing but most were not. Some had some very bad audio recordings of rivers and rain where you could hear people talking in the background. The fact they charge for this app is wild
$60 You will be charged
Only download the trial if you are sure you want to pay $60 for bedtime stories. I gave it a shot, but this wasn’t soothing to me. I deleted the app after 24 hours and communicated to the email address listed as the customer service address that I did NOT want the app and did not want to be charged. No one responded until after I was charged anyway, then I was told only Apple support can handle refunds.

Not free. 7 day trial. I’m really tired of apps not disclosing up front that you have to pay. I waste my time downloading it. I’m not paying a monthly subscription to listen to relaxing sounds.
