The Mobil Smiles app is the worst app I have ever used. Every time I go to use it, the features won’t load properly. This is extremely frustrating when they offer rewards exclusive to the app, and when you’ve filled up and go to pay, it won’t load, so you can’t use the reward! This is conning users to use their station and then not able to reward them! I am so frustrated with this being a reoccurring issue that I won’t be using Mobil again.
