I had a whole system installed in my home by security company. $4500.00. This app is terrible! Now I am stuck with this and it’s useless. So when I’m not home oh well! What good does that do?!?!!!! Fix this mess!

Absolutely the worst app!

They update the app once every 100 years. Customer support 👎👎👎 just tell you buy a new system- we Don’t support your older DVR anymore

Paid to get hard wired cameras from Pioneer Security. What a joke. The video is poor, I have seen way better video quality from cheaper cameras. My ring door bell is even better. The app constantly had issues and the unit would not stay on. Gave up and finally disconnected the service.

Since last ios update app no longer works on iPhone. 😕

What does “get enabled channels fail” mean....why can’t I see my cameras feed?

The app continues to time out. Please update.... I've deleted, reinstalled, turn off wifi 🤦🏽‍♀️. Still doesn't work

App only lets one phone have accurate time search on for event search of the recording. My phone the dates all all grey and unable to select to playback.

I’ve used this app for years & it’s always great — until today. I needed to access the event search for earlier today & the app crashes when I try to search for it. Plus, the app won’t show me anything from 2020 and doesn’t even offer anything for November. I know for certain it’s not an error in setup because we’ve had this setup for at least 4 years and have always been able to access our event searches and recordings for up to 7 days

The search on the app does not display all times and days. They just aren’t showing so you must “guess” where you’re at while selecting a date and time. Systems much cheaper than mobile focus work much better. If I could give less than 1 star for this app I certainly would. Time to start recommending other systems to my customers and friends.
