## MobilePay Description
Hej! Det her er MobilePay. Du ved den der app, der gør betaling meget, meget nemt: Send penge til en ven (eller én, du ikke kender, hvis du er mere til det), betal i butikker, på nettet eller i andre apps. Og det er langt fra det eneste, du kan.

Du kan også bruge MobilePay til at: 
• anmode om penge
• modtage penge
• betale dine regninger
• have faste betalingsaftaler
• dele udgifter i en gruppe
• samle penge ind med box
• sende pengegaver (på planlagte tidspunkter) pakket ind i digitalt gavepapir

Fik vi sagt, at det er helt sikkert at sende penge og betale med MobilePay? Hvis ikke det er meget, meget nemt, ja, så ved vi snart ikke …

Det eneste, du skal have (udover lov af dine forældre, hvis du er under 18), er et betalingskort fra og en konto i en dansk bank – og så et telefonnummer, en e-mailadresse og MitID.

Og husk, at appen her kun er lavet til privat brug – så nu ikke noget med at lege butik :) Men hvis du gerne vil bruge os til det, så kan du selvfølgelig også det – så skal du bare have en erhvervsaftale. Det kan du heldigvis meget nemt få. Læs mere om det og meget andet på mobilepay.dk.

MobilePay er lavet i Norden med kærlighed for forenkling, så den er selvfølgelig tilgængelig på både dansk, engelsk, svensk, finsk og to slags norsk.

Some places in Denmark only accept payments by cash or this app. But you must have a Danish ID number to sign up. I thought Denmark was promoting that they accept card anywhere and no need of using cash. Seems it is not true.

MobilePay used to be so intuitive that everyone could use it. With the new version that is all gone… I don’t think I need to go into details here. You once designed a good app, so you know what to do. Please, please revert some of the changes…my mom calls me every day to ask a new question about MobilePay.

If it works don't mess with it, that is the general way of working with userinterfaces.

Th new ui is really not userfriendly with the "buttons" being small and hovering and now having to search names first and being shown results that have no interest to me..

Helping quite a few elderly people who are now totally lost with buttons too small, afraid to select the wrong recipients and changing the order og operations...

It is like a totally different app where you need to start over learning it... not good

Please revaluate the ui changes and consider going back.

Hidtil har appen kørt ualmindeligt langsomt på min 6’er, især når jeg skulle indtaste modtager - enten som navn eller nummer. Men nu kører det helt smooth, og nu er det lidt sjovere (eller mindre trist) at sende penge. Tak for det!

### **--- "Langsom, ubrugelig på Apple Watch og uudnyttet potentiale"
MobilePay er langsom til eksempelvis at logge ind og ofte kan appen ikke forbinde til serveren, eller også kan man ikke logge ind med Touch ID/Face ID. På Apple Watch opstår der 9/10 gange en fejl, når man forsøger at acceptere en anmodning.

Herudover kan det undre, at MobilePay ikke er integreret med iMessage. Siri-integrationen er desuden også klodset og slet ikke ligeså godt integreret som fx PayPal.

Ville det være muligt i nær fremtid at kunne skrive en valgfri tekst til sin egen kontoudskrift i Netbank, når man har anden bank end Danske (fx Nordea o.lign)?
Det er frustrerende ikke at kunne se hvad konen har brugt penge på, men blot se at der kun står MobilePay en masse gange i netbank...
