Válaszd a legzöldebb közösségi közlekedési eszközt, és MOL Bubizz! Töltsd le az alkalmazást, keress egy MOL Bubi kerékpárt a 158 gyűjtőállomás egyikén, és pár másodpercen belül már bringázhatsz is! Mindezt egy pillanat alatt: a gyors regisztrációt követően kiválaszthatod a számodra megfelelő díjszabást, híreket olvashatsz, visszajelzést adhatsz, kupont válthatsz be, illetve közvetlenül megkeresheted ügyfélszolgálatunkat. A kerékpár felvételéhez használd a QR-kód-olvasót, vagy add meg azt a 6 jegyű számsort, amely a kerékpár hátulján vagy a nyeregcső alatt található. A kerékpár hátulján lévő okoslakat hangos kattanással automatikusan nyílik, és a sípszó után már fel is pattanhatsz az almazöld bringára. Az applikációban folyamatosan ellenőrizheted, hogy hány perce használod a felvett kerékpárt. Ha befejezted a bringázást, vidd vissza a kerékpárt bármelyik gyűjtőállomáshoz, és helyezd egy szabad dokkolóállásba. Fahrräder dürfen anders als in anderen Europäischen Städten nur an Stationen zurückgegeben werden. Die App meldet das auch während der Rückgabe nicht, erst nach einigen Minuten bekommt man eine Nachricht mit einer Vertragsstrafe von 5000 HUF weil falsch abgestellt. Rückganängig machen konnte man das ganze auch nicht, obwohl die Fahrräder noch an der selben Stelle standen. Völlig undurchsichtig, meiner Meinung nach ist das Touristen Abzocke. Bitte aufpassen, da es von Mol Bubi nicht erwähnt wird: Die Räder dürfen - nicht wie in anderen europäischen Ländern - NUR an Stationen von Mol Bubi wieder abgegeben werden. Sonst wird eine Gebühr von satten 15€ eingezogen. Die Räder weisen beim Parkvorgang auch nicht darauf hin, dass das Parken außerhalb der Stationen nicht erlaubt ist. Mega undurchsichtig für Touristen, da die gesamte Kommunikation vom Anmeldevorgang bis zur Erklärung von den beschriebenen „Service Gebühren“ nur auf ungarischer Sprache stattfindet. Darüberhinaus wurden mir trotz dem korrekten Parken in der Mol Bubi Station trotzdem 15€ Service Gebühr wegen angeblichem Falschparken von der Kreditkarte abgezogen. Ich habe mich beim Kundenservice beschwert und schlussendlich mein Geld zurück erhalten. Fazit: Wir haben das 2 Tage mitgemacht und sind dann auf die Roller von LIME und TIER umgestiegen. Hat wunderbar funktioniert, keine undurchsichtigen Kosten und nachvollziehbare Anleitung zum korrekten Parken. -- Wwwwwieeeeeee, 2022-05-25 ### *---- "Intransparent model, tourist scam, hands off!" I like the idea of getting around with bikes trough Budapest. At first it looks like the cheapest solution, but they won‘t tell you that you are only allowed to park the bikes on their stations and every time you don‘t they charge you 13 Euro, which is a lot compared to their currency. The registration process is also complicated and bad. Buttons are behind advertisements, one has to reset the app if a payment method fails, the same tab is opened 5-6 times so fast that the app crashes and the current rental is not shown. We also had to pay a 5000 HUF fine because we left the bike at a wrong place even though we only wanted to park for a fee minutes. The bikes itself are also dangerous. The breaks of my partner were completely broken, which in a city like Budapest could have ended deadly. Bei der Alten hatte ich die Registrierung erfolglos aufgegeben. Typisch ungarisch, dass bei der Registrierung auch die Name der Mutter angegeben werden muss. Ansonsten mobil Nummer angeben, PIN welches per SMS kommt eingeben, Name, Adresse und Name der Mutti angeben, Kreditkarte hinterlegen und los gehts. Ausleihen über aufgedruckten QR Code an den Bikes klappte bis jetzt problemlos. Abrechnung erfolgt pro Minute und eine Rechnung kommt per email und kann in der Historie in der App eingesehen werden. Lokalisierung der App in Deutsch ist passt auch. Häufig stehen Fahrräder an den Stationen, die nicht ausgeliehen werden können, aber die Anzeige der ausleihbaren Räder war bis jetzt immer korrekt.
