Very good application, but it would be great if it was for Russia too, with it speaciality and add russian language, please.

Researchers at Monash University have developed the low FODMAP diet and a corresponding app to assist in the management of gastrointestinal symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The Monash University FODMAP diet works by swapping foods high in fermentable carbohydrates (FODMAPs), with low FODMAP alternatives. Around 75% of people with IBS experience symptom relief on a low FODMAP diet.
The app comes directly from the research team at Monash and includes the following:
- General information about the FODMAP diet and IBS.
- Easy to understand tutorials to guide you through the app and the 3-Step FODMAP diet.
- A Food Guide detailing the FODMAP content for hundreds of foods using a simple 'traffic light system'.
- A list of branded products that have been certified by Monash as low FODMAP.
- A collection of over 70 nutritious, low FODMAP recipes.
- Functions that allow you to create your own shopping list and add notes to individual foods
- A Diary that enables you to record food eaten, IBS symptoms, bowel habits and stress levels. The Diary will also guide you through step 2 of the diet - FODMAP reintroduction.
- The ability to adjust units of measurement (metric or imperial) and activate colour blindness assistance.

Useful, Informative, and Helpful App
Awesome!
Super simple, beautiful and easy to work with. The diary that can make an actual report to send to your doctor is awesome. It is a pity that you can’t add photos of the food to the diary though, it would be super handy for those who have to discuss everything eaten with a doctor every month. Except for that, totally loved the app!
Couldn’t follow the diet without the foods lookup
The foods listing lead to finding things like Cobbs bakery having a low fodmaps fresh bread and let’s me check ingredients I’m uncertain of on the fly.
Game changer
This app has been a game changer for me. It’s quick and easy to use, reliable and evidence-based, and developed by the university that leads the research on IBS and low FODMAP diets. I have had lots of “aha” moments that explain why I have so much difficulty when eating certain foods.
Does not allow filtering out gluten
A bit convoluted. Filters should include filtering out gluten as well for those who should skip it too. Does not allow to see simple short list of foods what is ALLOWED for elimination diet.

Not helpful
Really not a helpful app, especially for beginners. Sad I wasted my money.
app shopping list error
Hi, I was wondering if you can fix the bug…When I am on my Ipad, the shopping cart export icon kicks me out (I need to export the shopping list as the app does not sync with the app on my iphone), and I thought I could just mail it to myself to no avail. THEN, on the iphone, if I create a shopping list that I want to export, when hitting the export icon, the app just offers a “delete all” option. thanks for trying to fix this issue.
