### *---- "I tested everything properly — subscribed for a year — but 3.0 still falls short"
I’ve always loved Money Pro, and I genuinely wanted to support the developers. Money Pro 2.0 didn’t require a subscription, but I still removed it because I wanted to commit to the new version and support the team. Unfortunately, after fully testing Money Pro 3.0, the experience just doesn’t justify the subscription.

Here’s my actual testing timeline:

• 3‑day Plus trial:
I tested the Plus tier specifically to check cross‑platform syncing.• It successfully loaded my data from iOS → Android.
• But when I added an expense on Android, it never synced back to iOS — not on Money Pro 3.0 and not even on 2.0.
For a finance app that advertises multi‑platform support, this is a major failure.

• After the trial:
I subscribed to the Basic plan for a full year, even though the app doesn’t clearly show what Basic includes.
There is no section in the app explaining what features come with Basic vs Plus.
I had to guess that Basic works like 2.0 with iCloud‑only sync.
A subscription app should never make users guess what they’re paying for.
• After subscribing:
Basic turned out to behave like 2.0 — but 3.0 still has no dedicated iPad UI.
On iPad, it’s literally the iPhone layout stretched across a bigger screen.
Money Pro 2.0 had a proper tablet interface, so this feels like a downgrade.


UI feedback:
I like the clear visuals for debts and expenses — that part is genuinely helpful.
But the app uses slow, heavy animations.
Every popup window moves with the same sluggish speed as iOS folder animations, which slows down quick entry when adding multiple transactions. It makes the app feel less responsive than 2.0.

I removed 2.0, subscribed for a year, tested Plus, and tried both platforms — but right now Money Pro 3.0 doesn’t offer the clarity, reliability, or value that a subscription model demands. I hope future updates fix syncing, clarify plan inclusions, and bring back a proper iPad UI, because I truly wanted this version to succeed.
