The app is still buggy. 
1. When I try to disable notifications which feel annoying sometimes, the app is not letting me do and still shows enabled even I have disabled and also getting in-app notifications which is ki d of annoying when you are reading the terminal and suddenly a notification appears covering around 25% of your screen.

EDIT: Onboarding documentation has massively improved and removed friction.

Responsive developer, extremely high quality app. Worth the price 100%. Very fast and active development with measurable improvements every few days. Tried the free plan as a POC and worked well so I paid the monthly fee which is very small for what you get.

Love that there are options for no logs going to the developer, local whisper models and file uploads - this was very important to me and I wouldn’t recommend it if this were not the case.

I am able to use Claude code from my bed or the sofa, or Tailscale in and continue a session whilst at the barbershop.

Missing public documentation in order to set things up agentically. Took me a few hours to set this up properly according to my use case and optional features. Lots of screenshots and back and forth. But I believe a large amount of that (specifically screenshots) has been fixed.

Just downloaded. Only issue is I want to pay but it’s severely restricted to card types I can use. I see the owner reads and replies to reviews - any chance you could open up the card types? Specifically for me, I live in the uk but have a US Mastercard that auto converts currency on their side. I can charge it £ or € or any currency, and they convert it for me. I’d of already paid you if this were turned on, but can’t pay you cause you don’t accept this method of payment. Is there a workaround for this? I’m trying through Apple Pay, and my card says “not available for this payment type”.

This was free and is now charging me £20/year. I’ve got it running mosh Tmux sessions over Tailscale from my phone and can check up on my Claude Code sessions from anywhere. I use my own dictation and notes are in Obsidian. If it stays simple and fast, this is worth the price.

### ****- "Works but lacks transparency"
I started writing a detailed review, but then my phone lost it partway through. Here’s the short version:

It works fairly well as a server management tool supporting SSH, although there are some minor areas for improvement. The voice recognition could be useful but I don’t trust it with critical server management tasks. Its self-described purpose as an AI tool sounds like marketing hype, I didn’t see anything particularly AI related, but then I just wanted a basic shell.

My main concern is about lack of information. The app’s website says that it is “free in beta” but doesn’t say when the beta will end or what the price or pricing model will be at final release.

The developer FrontierOne seems to be riding the AI hype wave. The technology provider Rakuraku seems to be a Japanese/Vietnamese outsourcing development company. Neither advertises Moshi prominently, which doesn’t give me much confidence in their security practices or whether the app can be trusted with access to critical servers.
