Sérieusement c’est presque du harcèlement , compte payé en début d’année . Cesser d’envoyer ces notifications là!

Bonjour,
Il y a un problème avec l’application.  Quand je regarde dans la fenêtre agenda, on ne voit pas le dernier cours . C’est à dire on voit juste 3 cours sur 4. Mais juste pour la dernière journée de la semaine.  Si le dernier jour est jeudi on voit juste 3 cours sur 4.  Et ce problème est à chaque semaine.

App bug à chaque, défauts de conception et dysfonctionnements constants 🙄🙄🙄 Incapable de se connecter et si connecté incapable de visualiser les notifications (notes ou messages) malgré actualisation; aussi bug pour mettre de l’argent sur les comptes des enfants 🥴🥴🥴et souvent désinstallation et réinstallation pour accéder au contenu de l’app 😩😩😩

It doesn’t send the code to email like it’s so annoying aren’t this a simple task for the developers it is very frustrating because I can’t check my grades. The developers should really take time to look into this problem.

Je reçois des notifications constantes d’un état de compte payé depuis 2 mois, à tous les 2-3 jours je reçois une notification inutile, très dérangeant!!

When it says my child has a new mark (red dot), then end up being graded for weeks ago and not the same as the notifications so we end up arguing about past tests. The message at the top saying I have chosen English when the school is French shows up despite cancelling it every time. I have to keep teetering between the portal and mozaik two main pages.

Probablement une des pires applications que j’ai jamais utilisé. C’est simplement une page d’accueil qui dirige vers les pages du site Web qui est lui même une catastrophe en terme d’expérience utilisateur. Encore un bell exemple de sommes publiques utilisées pour payer des firmes web étant incapable de développer de bons produits…
