It takes like forever to proceed with my order, using this app is a huge waste of time

I recently used your delivery app for an order from Cairo that I couldn't receive at my workplace. My friend received the item and brought it to me, only for me to discover that I got the wrong item. This is absolutely unacceptable. Your company is utterly incompetent, with no support channels to address issues. This fiasco has completely ruined my vacation. Your service is a disgrace, and you should be ashamed of the way you operate.

الخدمه اصبحت سيئه جدا وتضيع وقت كتير وفى الاخر الاوردر مش بيكمل ويتلغى وحتى لو طلبت اكتر من مره واكتر من اوردر تعديل اخر.. لاكتر من رابع مره يتم اخذ وقت اكتر من نص ساعه لعمل اوردر ولكن بعد كل هذا الانتظار يتم رفض قبول الطلب من الاصل وبعد محاولات كثيره للتمكن من طلب اوردر تم قبول احد اوردراتى ولكن تاخر عن الوصول امثر من نص ساعه وللعلم هذا الموفق تحديدا مكرر اكتر من مره وارجو الرجوع لبيانات الطلبات الخاصه بحسابى والتاكد من ذلك

I had an order for food that was accepted and then canceled by the courier right after. I was not able to cancel or know the order’s actual status. The “support” feature was of zero use. Just gave me an automated message without offering any actual help or offering to connect me with someone I can talk to. The result of this was that I spent about half an hour not knowing whether my order has been accepted by the restaurant or not and THEN ended up having to go out and pick it up myself anyway. Overall terrible and frustrating experience and will definitely not use the app again.
