App crashes every time when i try to register my account. Too many bugs. Other than that bank employees are not professional at all.

After the update, the app’s interface appears awkward. Most importantly, I’m unable to log in because the face recognition feature isn’t working. Additionally, I’ve forgotten my user ID and password, and there’s no option to recover the user ID

Im facing a bug, when I am trying to register for the smart banking app and input my account number, mobile number and date of birth I get an OTP but the app closes suddenly and I can’t input the OTP where it is required. Please fix this issue!!

It’s stucks to loading and can’t accessible from Overseas

The new interface is excellent and very smooth to use. Also DPS and FDR opening features have made our life easy.

Before this update sharing transaction screenshots was very convenient, also it masked confidential information beforehand. This updated version lack that feature

The previous version was much better than this one. The ui look 15 years old. Please return that ui and ux
