Scam MU
Banned top players. And now asking them to top up an additional fee to unban them.
Might be a scam
Game has banned most top players, stating that they were using 3rd party top ups. The funny thing is that these 3rd party top ups were initiated by MU staff, getting in game credits via character’s ID. Now, the game requires the banned players to top up an additional equivalent amount of the 3rd party top up for them to unban you.
Worst Developers ever
Game simply banned everyone without a reason and their customer service does nothing at all. Highly do not recommend
Game full of scams
This game make u top up money for missing events and daily quests , when request for help thru ticket submission there are never any replies
Game ban and closed
Lousy developers. scaMU
Scammers
They double charged a purchase I made, when I refunded the additional charge, they just banned my account. Support took ages to reply and when they did, they just blamed me and expect me to pay back the refund. Useless devs, who knows if they made multiple double charges
Game was fun till they started bleeding players dry
The game was fun and while it needed minor investments (personal choice). But all this changed with the 100 days celebration that requires players to spend around $500 usd for a piece of armor. I am speaking as a player that has reached vip 11 and even for me it makes 0 sense and totally kills the joy of the game. After that implementation, I have officially quit the game and I can say that I am much happier after quitting.

Don’t play this game, only for p2w. All events not for f2p. Play at yr own risk
Skill reset.
The game doesn’t even give 1 skill reset scroll without having to spend real money. If you make a mistake and add wrong skills, either you restart game or you use money to buy gem to get skill reset scroll. The game is Already P2W but seems like they don’t wan any F2P in this game .
