Finally online workouts that you actually enjoy!
Amazing daily habit! Transforms your body and soul! Melissa is a godsend!
Just allow Melissa Wood in your life and her positivity, her wholehearted-ness and detrrmination are not only a driver but a daily reminder of who you are and how great life is. There are times when life happens, whether thats an unprecedented pandemic, anxiety, pressure or just forgetfulness and in those times we often forget that now is all we've got, we are the youngest we are today and time doesnt go back. MW workouts are not only toning and sculpting, of those you can find plenty... they are in there very unique way a reminder that small steps towards growth are equally as important as the bigest ones. Sometimes, even when you're not in the mood to work out, you can just borwse the workouts from your couch and I promise you the motivation will grow strong!

I have been following Melissa and doing her workouts for the past 3 years. I love her as a person and how she makes me feel about sharing her life and being so honest. I would love to see more cardio workouts. Like treadmill ones or dance ones. She has lots and lots of workouts that are mostly the same type of workouts. Meaning the movements are so repetitive that When I only do her workouts and not combine it with another type of workout I follow, my hips are in pain. She has so many workouts that are specifically using the same muscles while lifting legs that if I do only her workouts I am in pain. Also her treadmill workouts really need good sound and subtitles to guide u through the pace of the treadmill and the incline. The sound is so bad that u can’t really get what pace or incline to use. These comments are out of love for what she does. I have commented in her videos and sent an email but never got a reply. Hope she gets to see this comment cause I really feel other people would benefit too. Lots of love Moscha Pagonis
I really love Melissa’s workout series. I used to do ( & still do occasionally) more intense workout, but since I am doing power exercises I have really observed a beautiful switch to the lines of my body. I recommend it to everyone! Plus, you should really try guided meditation!
