And for mail those people ignores like they nothing have to do with it. Paramount deserves a negative ratings for their service. If running the insurance company then understand the problems of client and there situations. My daughter's birth admission claim rejected due to wrong entry of Date of Birth by the Paramount POC guy. It is been 15 Months since my Daughter is born. I have to remind these guys every week to approve my claim. Also one more claim rejected recently for my Daughter. She was admitted for 4-5 days in a small 5 floors building Hospital . But these PARAMOUNT experts say that it is not a Hospital but a small day clinic. I advice not to take any sort of insurance from these guys. One more incident is like, My friend got a surgery done. he went for a second opinion before having the surgery. They (PARAMOUNT) rejected the claim saying get a letter from the second opinion Doctor saying the surgery was necessary. ( Which doctor will give a letter of recommendation for surgery when the Surgery is not done by him). These guys are just playing with time and patience of the claim applicants and finding weird excuses to reject the claims.
