■ Never lose track of a parcel, including deliveries from PostNL, DPD, DHL, and other carriers – whenever, wherever. Automatically track your bpost parcels, or scan or enter the barcode of the parcel you want to follow.
■ Not at home at the expected delivery time? Let us know via your delivery preferences where we can deliver your bpost parcel, or easily postpone the delivery by a day.
■ Set your delivery preference for registered mail. Let us know who is authorized to receive your registered mail, or choose to have it delivered directly to your letterbox. Would you prefer to receive your mail a day later, or pick it up immediately at a Post Office or Postal Point? Just let us know
■ Sending a parcel? Quickly create a shipping label in the app and print it at home, at a Post Office, or Post Point.
■ Need to send registered mail? Easily create your own shipping label for your registered mail. Print yourself or go to a Post Office or Post Point and have it printed for you. Affix it to your envelope and pop it in the post!
■ Open Parcel Lockers without a screen via the app.
■ Choose when you receive notifications for parcels and registered mail.
■ Expecting a parcel from outside the EU? Then pay the import costs securely via the app. This way you can be sure that the request is coming from bpost and protect yourself against phishing.
■ Find Pick-up points & Drop-off points. With 3,100+ Post Offices, Post Points, Parcel Points and Parcel Lockers, you’ll always find one close by.

Werkt iemand aan deze applicatie? Horror, nu kan ik mijn account niet herstellen, ik maak een nieuw wachtwoord aan en de knop werkt niet. God, ik ben zo boos!🤬

I would give it a minus 5 if there was such a rating. In the city of Sint-Niklaas, irresponsible employees. Op de pakjes staat adres nummer 1 B en op de app komt altijd nr 1 dus veel aanmaningen van brieven en pakjes gaan naar nr 1 ipv nr 1 B , de vaste postbodes steken het juist ze kijken naar de naam de nieuwe kijken niet eens er staat 1 omdat in de app ook 1 staat en moet 1 B zijn wat een rot app wanneer veranderd deze eens al talrijke telefoons gedaan naar Bpost

Don’t bother
Using this app to open the terminal-less package machines is such an unnecessarily convoluted process. Tried at two different times with “help” from their 24/7 helpdesk and the second guy just advised me to drop the package at the post office. Do better.
Problème pour activer les recommandés
J’ai essayé d’activer les recommandés dans la boîte aux lettres via l’appli. Que ce soit via un Apple ou un Samsung, impossible de passer à l’étape 2 alors que la 1 est validée.

le mode de livraison du Bpost et Temu est très corrompu. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai un problème de livraison avec Temu et bpost
Application lente
L’application pourrais être utile mais les colli sont pas directement mis à jour, des colli livrée reste dans la section à livrer. Dommage
