I had an issue where I could not enter the facilities. After reaching out to customer support they helped me through it and it became clear that my language and region setting was wrong, which resulted me in not being able to use the facilities. Thanks for the help.

App only showing visitor code is valid once off, I can’t have it for longer than that. Annoying because I have to keep regenerating a code for my family member saying for a few days. On the latest version. It was good 1.5 months ago.

You can only use this app via your phone after a long and tedious registration process, involving who-knows-who. Those who stayed in a complex (e.g. The Sandown) where a different system was previously used like “Gatekeeper” will miss the ability to log-in via a web browser.
