Nul !!! 👎 ZÉRO !!!!!
Rien ne fonctionne ! Que ça soit sur internet ou sur cette application. Face ID ne fonctionne pas non plus. Manque des documents, décomptes de remboursements inexistant ! Manque carte tiers payant. J’ai reçu plusieurs remboursements pour l’année 2024, mais aucuns décomptes pour toute l’année 2024 ! Sans compter le service client TRÈS DÉSAGRÉABLE, une honte pour cette société 😡😡😡 Bref, messieurs les développeurs, si vous ne savez pas coder, alors recyclez vous et changer de métier ! Bande de rigolos 👎👎👎😤😤😤

En parcourant les avis je lis, je vis, par procuration mon parcours du combattant sur cette appli Et les mises à jour inutiles se succèdent sans résoudre les problèmes basiques de connexion. Bref, est ce quelqu’un lit les avis ?
Inutile
Application qui se ferme constamment quand elle n’est pas en maintenance. Aucun moyen de l’utiliser depuis bientôt un an.

Super! On peut se connecter sur un ordi mais impossible sur l’application. Vu le nombre d’avis negatifs, on peut se poser des questions sur la qualité du reste.
Appli et mutuelle zéro
Appli à l’image de la mutuelle rien ne fonctionne, lorsque l’on envoie un message, les réponses sont des messages tout fait impossible d’avoir une réponse ou une aide MUTUELLE À FUIR
