As others have mentioned in reviews, it just won't log in. Details work on web via browser so it's the app that's faulty.

Unable to login multiple attempts. However I can log in on the website so the login details are correct.

This app is not at all user friendly. It is not intuitive and functions are very limited. Inhealthcare offer no support and when you phone them they just tell you to you have to phone your nurse! After pairing the app to your reader, there is then no indication as to when the device is connected or is not connected to your phone. If you send a reading from your device to your phone the app does not tell you if the reading has been successfully received. I activated the calendar and chose to allow alerts - however no alerts or reminders pop up on my phone. It might do good things in the background to transmit two digits to my nurse - but from a patient point of view it is very dumb. Incarehealth need to up their patient customer service - really poor. All in all not a good effort!
