So easy to use the app. Mins to load and submit claim.

Firstly, getting receipts with name and address from opticians is impossible, so always have to order on line. Secondly the receipt recognition software is terrible on photos, so always have to get a pdf download. It’s just a PIA!

Every claim questioned and challenged, often rejected, even physio therapy.

I’m fed up with having to resubmit claims that because your app fails to pick out names addresses costs etc Useless

After downloading the app I couldn’t complete the sign up as their end went down. Eventually after several attempts I finally completed entering my details. Once this was done I attempted to submit a claim, using my phones camera to capture the receipt several times the program couldn’t recognise several details. I eventually just submitted the claim, I’m waiting in vain hope….

I’ve been trying 15 minutes to up load a claim. This is shocking please deal with this issue

I had some challenges and I contacting the office where I was guided through by the telephone advisor to use Webb. I am very thankful to him.
