Downloaded twice. Keeps failing to proceed after putting the code. Maybe because i am in a condo? Improve your app please!

This App is useless. Hard to log in. Always ended up to user nit found. Even if you already registered.

Cannot login to the new My Meralco app. The old one was way better. Whoever made this app must be fired!

The App doesn’t recognize my CAN

Not iphone friendly. Verification process is difficult, cant upload ID from photo gallery. I simply don’t understand the benefit of changing their existing app that serves its purpose.

I like the feature before that you can forward the pdf copy of the bill like to your email or messenger. I dont see that option now on this new app.

For some reasons, login is not working anymore! I have existing meralco account and I even tried to create new account using the same email but both scenarios failed with scanning account number. Please have your IT investigate that it is failing in manual entry or scanning using qr code for account number (can)

I have not been able to log in - the transition to the mew app has been extremely painful. Useless app.
